White Wine Punch

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1 Medium, peeled and cut into fine chunks
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 , grated (Whole)
  Vanilla bean 1 , slit into half lengthwise
  Grapefruit sections 2
  Orange sections 2
  Lime zest 1 (Outer Peel)
  Limes 2 , juiced
  Dry white table wine 1⁄5 Gallon, chilled (1 Bottle)
  Fruit juice 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Orange, Pineapple / Grapefruit / Both)
Directions

The day before the party, place in a large bowl or pitcher the pineapple, brown sugar, nutmeg, and vanilla bean.
Mix and cover.
Place in a cool place (not in refrigerator), and allow to stand 12 to 24 hours.
Add grapefruit and orange sections.
Twist strips of lime zest to extract oil and drop into punch.
Add lime juice, wine, and fruit juice.
Pour over ice in a large punch bowl.
