Red Wine Marinade
|Bouquet garni||1 (1 Package)|
|Dry red wine||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm) (Minced/Pressed)|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Remove herb leaves from stems and cut into small pieces; do not chop.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Store in a sealable container until needed.
Pour the marinade over chicken or meat 1 hour before needed, turning every 15 minutes.
Drain well and cook as desired, basting occasionally.
