Red Wine Marinade

These Red Wine Marinade turned out much more tastier than I expected them to be. Red Wine Marinade is a great variation to the original marinades. Ideal for your family!
  Bouquet garni 1 (1 Package)
  Dry red wine 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Extra virgin olive oil 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) (Minced/Pressed)
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Remove herb leaves from stems and cut into small pieces; do not chop.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Store in a sealable container until needed.
Pour the marinade over chicken or meat 1 hour before needed, turning every 15 minutes.
Drain well and cook as desired, basting occasionally.
