Ingredients
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (For FILLING)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (mixed with water)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For FILLING)
Directions

Line bowl with sliced jelly role, raspberry jelly roll preferred.
Sprinkle generously with sherry.
Then fill with following filling and put in refrigerator till set.
Turn out on dish and cut in pie slices.
When thickened add 1 package gelatine soaked in little cold water.
When this mixture cools, add vanilla and 1 pint of thick cream, whipped.
