Avocado In Red Wine

Ingredients
  Avocados 2
  Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  French shallot 1 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel avocados.
Remove pits.
Dice avocado flesh.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, drain avocados, reserving red wine marinade to use as a salad dressing ingredient in another recipe.
