Breaded Veal In Red Wine
|Veal cutlet||3 Pound, Cut into 6 pieces|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Red wine||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1) Mix the flour, salt, and pepper, and place in a plastic bag. Place each piece of veal in the bag and shake to season. Remove veal from bag and dip in eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
2) Cook breaded and seasoned pieces of veal over a high flame in butter until brown. Place pieces of browned veal in a casserole dish, add the thyme, bay leaves, and wine, and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
