Chicken In White Wine Crepes
|Minced green onions||3 Tablespoon|
|Diced chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Diced cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , diced|
|Veloute sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Double Recipe)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Saute onions in 3 tablespoons hot butter 1 minute.
Stir in chicken, ham, salt, pepper, and tarragon; stir over high heat 2 minutes.
Pour in wine; boil until liquid has almost disappeared.
Mix in mushrooms and egg.
Fold in Veloute Sauce.
Divide mixture among crepes; roll up.
Place in greased baking dish; brush tops with melted butter.
Heat at 350Â°F 10 minutes
