|Red wine/Claret / burgundy||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Sugar||4 Teaspoon (4 Lumps)|
|Oranges||2 , juiced|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Soda water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Orange slices||4 (Thin, For Garnish)|
|Lemon||4 (Thin, For Garnish)|
Place all ingredients except soda water, ice cubes and sliced fruit in a large jug.
Mix thoroughly and place in refrigerator to chill, stir occasionally.
When ready to serve, add soda water, ice cubes and sliced fruit.
