|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sherry||18 Tablespoon (1 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Strained orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), strained|
|Red food coloring||9 Drop|
Combine the gelatin and sugar in a large saucepan; mix well.
Add water and stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Remove from heat and blend in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart fancy mold or a pretty china bowl.
Chill until firm.
