Favorite Buckwheat Pancakes
|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Warm water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry yeast||1 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buckwheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Dissolve sugar in warm water. Sprinkle yeast over the top. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Combine flours and wheat germ. Add to yeast. Stir in milk and beat until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
3. Stir down and cook on a nonstick griddle.
