Russian Meat Balls With Buckwheat
|Beef||2 Pound, ground|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Whole wheat bread||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Stock||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buckwheat||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
Mix all ingredients together except buckwheat.
Form into 12 patties.
In the center of each, place small quantity of buckwheat.
Bring edges of patty together to enclose stuffing.
Arrange balls in oiled pan.
Broil until browned.
