Whole Wheat Sticks

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift flour and salt.
Add rest of ingredients.
Knead until smooth.
Toss onto floured pastry board.
Roll to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut into strips 1 inch by 4 inches.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° F. for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown variation Add 1/2 cup Coconut Shreds to dough.
