|Unroasted buckwheat||200 Gram (Around 7 Ounce)|
|Hot water||450 Milliliter (Around 150 Ounce)|
|Carrots||2 , finely diced|
|Dulce seaweed||15 Gram, soaked in enough water to cover for 5 minutes, then chopped (Around 0.5 Ounce)|
|Rolled oats||175 Gram (Around 6 Ounce)|
|Wheat/Rye / rice flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oil||1 Tablespoon (For Brushing)|
Roast the buckwheat gently for a few minutes in a dry heavy pan.
When the grain starts to turn brown, add the hot water.
Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the carrots, dulse, oats and tamari.
Form the mixture into burgers.
Spread the flour out on a flat plate and coat each burger, shaking to remove any excess flour.
Place the burgers on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Brush the tops with a little oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until browned.
Serve at once.
