Buckwheat And Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Stock 1 1⁄2 Quart
  Raw potatoes 4 , cubed
  Onions 2 Large, sliced
  Buckwheat groats 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 1 , minced
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring stock to boil.
Add potatoes, onions, buckwheat and yeast.
Blend.
Cover.
Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Stir in milk and herbs.
Simmer 5 minutes longer.
