  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Kelp 3 Tablespoon
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3
  Whole wheat flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  All-purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame seeds/Cornmeal 1 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten

Combine the first six ingredients in the Bosch bowl.
Add the whole wheat flour, and begin kneading the dough.
Gradually add the allpurpose flour until dough cleans the sides of the bowl.
Knead dough 10 minutes.
Lightly grease a baking sheet, and sprinkle with cornmeal or sesame seeds.
Remove dough from bowl, and divide into three equal portions.
Set aside one portion, and combine the other two.
Divide the combined portion into three equal parts.
Roll each portion into a rope 14 to 16 inches long.
Loosely braid the three ropes, and place on a baking sheet.
Divide the remaining dough into three parts.
Roll each into a rope 14 to 16 inches long.
Loosely braid, and center on top of the first braid.
Brush the entire loaf with the beaten eggyolk.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Let rise until double.
Bake in a 350° F.oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve while still warm.
