|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||20 Ounce|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Shredded cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cooked buckwheat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt butter or margarine in a medium saucepan.
Add onion and broccoli, and saute until crisptender.
Add soup, shredded cheese, evaporated milk, and cooked buckwheat.
Cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
