Puffed wheat morsels are crunchy little delightful snacks that are baked with puffed wheat cereal. This snack recipe is super eay to make and is ready in no time. Perfect for a bunch of hungry kids or just as an accompaniment to tea. The brown sugar and corn syrup, really make these little wheat puffs savory.
Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar-coated puffed wheat cereal 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with sugar and corn syrup.
Cook until bubbly and slightly thick.
Be careful - it gets very hot.
Remove from heat, holding onto handle tightly.
Pour in cereal and stir quickly with a wooden spoon.
Drop by spoonfuls into prepared muffin tin.
Allow to cool before serving.
