Puffed Wheat Morsels
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar-coated puffed wheat cereal||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with sugar and corn syrup.
Cook until bubbly and slightly thick.
Be careful - it gets very hot.
Remove from heat, holding onto handle tightly.
Pour in cereal and stir quickly with a wooden spoon.
Drop by spoonfuls into prepared muffin tin.
Allow to cool before serving.
