Wheat Rusks

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Unrefined safflower oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)
  Raw honey 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix and knead all the ingredients together except the seeds.
Roll the dough 1/4-inch thick.
Cut into sticks about five inches long.
Place on an oiled cookie sheet.
Sprinkle some of the sticks with caraway seeds and others with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden brown at 350 Degree.
