Whole Wheat Bucky's

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buckwheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, add the egg, honey, buttermilk, and oil together
2) Blend together the flours, baking powder and baking soda
3) Mix the dry and the wet ingredients together to get a smooth batter
4) Onto a lightly oiled skillet, drop spoonfuls
5)Fry till both sides are browned evenly

SERVING
6) Serve the pancakes with butter on top
