Old Fashioned Buckwheat Pancakes
|Dehydrated whey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Warm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Yeast||1⁄4 Ounce (1 package)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Buckwheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat germ flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Mix the whey in warm water until it dissolves.
2.Add yeast to it and leave for 10 minutes.
3.Preheat the oven
4.Add egg, oil, salt, and flour to the mixture and bake after leaving for few hours.
