Sunflower Buckwheat Bread

Ingredients
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buckwheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tamari 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add sunflower seeds and grind them at high speed in short bursts
2. In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and combine a mixture of buttermilk, honey and ramari with it
3. In a lightly oiled 8.5"X4.5" bread pan, add the batter and bake for fifty minutes at 350°F

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
