Simple Buckwheat Cakes
|Buckwheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||6 Teaspoon (Royal)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk/Milk and water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Melted shortening||1 Tablespoon|
1) Take a bowl and sift the flour, salt and baking powder together into it.
2) Add the shortening along with the molasses to it.
3) Mix it well by beating.
4) Take a griddle and grease it slightly.
5) Heat the griddle and bake the mixture in it turning it only once during the process.
6) Serve as required.
