Basic Buckwheat Kasha

Ingredients
  Buckwheat groats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken broth/Beef broth / water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large heavy skillet or saucepan, combine the groats and egg, then cook over a medium heat and stir until dry.
2) Stir in rest of the ingredients and simmer covered for 15 minutes until groats are dry and tender.
3) Gently fluff with a fork and adjust the seasoning.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
