Jaffles In A Jiffy

Ingredients
  Wholemeal bread slice 2
  Lite polyunsaturated margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , pan-cooked without fat in a nonstick frying pan
  Snipped fresh chives 1 Tablespoon
  Low fat low salt ham slice 1
  Low fat cheddar cheese 1
  Canned pineapple rings 1 , drained
  Canned no salt added black beans 3 Tablespoon
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato slices 2
Directions

1. Lightly spread one side of bread with margarine.
2. Place filling of your choice on unspread side of one slice of bread, top with another slice and cook in a jaffle iron or sandwich maker for 2-3 minutes, or until golden.
