Sprouted Wheat Sticks
|Sprouted wheat||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Crushed caraway seed||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Put sprouted wheat through fine blade of meat grinder.
Mix with seeds and egg.
Form into cigar shapes, roll in cornmeal and place on an oiled baking sheet.
Let dry 5 minutes.
Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven, lower heat to 325°F and continue baking until done, about 5 minutes longer.
