Ingredients
  Rolled oats 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Rolled wheat 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Raw wheat germ 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Peanuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), ground to make about 1 cup meal (Raw / Roasted)
  Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs), raw / roasted
  Chopped peanuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), raw / roasted
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or More)
  Unsulfured dried apricots/Peaches / substitute other dried fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped into bite-sized pieces
Directions

Stir in all of the ingredients together and store in a covered container.
Serve with milk, yogurt, or buttermilk, golden honey or pure maple syrup.
