Sprouted Wheat Tabouli

|Sprouted wheat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cucumber||1 , peeled and diced|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and diced|
|Green onion||1 , sliced|
|Celery leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients.
Toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate at least overnight before serving.
Mixture will keep several days in the refrigerator.
Serve on salad greens.
