Fried Soba (Buckwheat or Spinach) Noodles with Cabbage

  Chopped chinese cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut up into 1/2 inch squares
  Peanut oil 4 Tablespoon
  Soba noodles 1 Pound, cooked soft, drained
  Soy sauce 6 Teaspoon
  Togarashi 1⁄2 Teaspoon (An Authoritative Mixture Of Crushed Red Pepper And Other Seasonings)
  Scallions 6 , cut into 1/2 inch lengths

In a deep saucepan, heat the oil, and cook the cabbage 2 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Add the noodles, soy sauce, and togarashi; toss to blend.
