Fried Soba (Buckwheat Or Spinach) Noodles With Cabbage
|Chopped chinese cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut up into 1/2 inch squares|
|Peanut oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Soba noodles||1 Pound, cooked soft, drained|
|Soy sauce||6 Teaspoon|
|Togarashi||1⁄2 Teaspoon (An Authoritative Mixture Of Crushed Red Pepper And Other Seasonings)|
|Scallions||6 , cut into 1/2 inch lengths|
In a deep saucepan, heat the oil, and cook the cabbage 2 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Add the noodles, soy sauce, and togarashi; toss to blend.
