  Cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook according to preferred general method various combinations of standard cereals are good for variety.
Or combine rolled oats and cracked wheat, use half the quantity suggested for each; that is, 1/2 cup rolled oats and 1/2 cup cracked wheat in 4 cups boiling water.
Makes 3 3/4 cups.
