Ingredients
  Brown rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Drained, Rinsed)
  Wheat berries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Drained, Rinsed)
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a heavy kettle.
Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer gently for 1 hour.
Do not remove the cover during cooking.
