|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Wheat sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Preheat oven to 375°.
In bowl cream together the butter and sugar until well blended.
Beat in egg.
Mix together the soda, salt and flour.
Stir in vanilla and sprouts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
