Sprouted Wheat Balls

Ingredients
  Sprouted wheat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Berries)
  Unblanched almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, peeled
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

1. Put the sprouted wheat berries, almonds, and onion through the fine blade of a meat grinder or process in a food processor. Turn into a bowl.
2. Add the crumbs, salt, oil, and enough milk to make a mixture that holds together.
3. Form into 1-inch balls. Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a heavy skillet to a depth of 1/8 inch. Fry the balls in the oil until golden. Drain on paper towels.
