Bulgur Wheat "Sausage" Patties

Bulgur Wheat "Sausage" Patties are delicious patties which goes along with most. Bulgur Wheat "Sausage" Patties have become one of my family's favorites as it is soo good. Sumptuous is the word!
  Bulgur wheat 480 Milliliter, cooked (2 Cups, 1 Cup Or 240 Milliliter Raw)
  Crushed basil leaves 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Egg 1
  Sage 3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)
  Poultry seasoning 3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)
  Sea salt To Taste
  Whole wheat flour 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Grated cheddar cheese 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Oil/Non stick spray 1
  Oil/Non stick spray 1 Teaspoon

Mix the bulgur wheat, egg, basil, sage, poultry seasoning, salt and optional cheese together.
Chill slightly.
Form into patties and dip in whole wheat flour.
Fry in a small amount of oil until lightly browned.
These may be wrapped in individual packages and reheated.
Cook like hamburger meat or add to casseroles in place of meat.
