Bulgur Wheat "Sausage" Patties
|Bulgur wheat||480 Milliliter, cooked (2 Cups, 1 Cup Or 240 Milliliter Raw)|
|Crushed basil leaves||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Sage||3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)|
|Poultry seasoning||3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Whole wheat flour||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Oil/Non stick spray||1|
|Oil/Non stick spray||1 Teaspoon|
Mix the bulgur wheat, egg, basil, sage, poultry seasoning, salt and optional cheese together.
Form into patties and dip in whole wheat flour.
Fry in a small amount of oil until lightly browned.
These may be wrapped in individual packages and reheated.
Cook like hamburger meat or add to casseroles in place of meat.
