Blue Buck Cakes

I have found a new love and that is nothing but the Blue Buck Cakes. I was trying out different ways to use Buckwheat flour when this recipe hit me. Oh! Really delightful!
  Blue cornmeal 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Buckwheat flour 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Sea salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)
  Aluminum free baking powder 25 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon, Non Alum)
  Milk/Soy milk 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Unrefined vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (8 Milliliter)
  Blueberries 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)

Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately.
Stir mixtures together just until lumps disappear.
Pour batter onto hot oiled griddle, turning once.
