Blue Buck Cakes
I have found a new love and that is nothing but the Blue Buck Cakes. I was trying out different ways to use Buckwheat flour when this recipe hit me. Oh! Really delightful!
|Blue cornmeal||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Buckwheat flour||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Sea salt||3⁄4 Teaspoon (4 Milliliter)|
|Aluminum free baking powder||25 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon, Non Alum)|
|Milk/Soy milk||480 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Unrefined vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (8 Milliliter)|
|Blueberries||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately.
Stir mixtures together just until lumps disappear.
Pour batter onto hot oiled griddle, turning once.
