Wheat And Fruit Dessert
|Wheat germ||3 Tablespoon, soaked for 1 hour in the juice of 2 oranges|
|Oranges||2 , juiced|
|Eating apples||4 Medium, cooked and pureed|
|Chopped walnuts||4 Tablespoon|
|Slivered almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange||1 Large, peeled, white pith removed and cut into segments|
|Orange rind||1⁄2 , grated|
|Yogurt||10 Fluid Ounce|
|Soft brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Put the soaked wheat germ into a large serving bowl.
Mix in the apple puree, walnuts, almonds, orange segments and rind.
Using a large metal spoon, stir gently to blend.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
Spoon over the yogurt, sprinkle over the sugar and serve at once.
