Bulgur Wheat

Ingredients
  Medium-grind bulgur wheat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown the bulgur in a frying pan in the oil and butter.
Add the green onions, and cook for another moment.
Place in a pan with the chicken broth (you may use instant chicken broth).
Season with a little salt, pepper, and the oregano.
Simmer for about 20 minutes just as you would rice.
Sauteed mushrooms added to this dish are also good.
