1 Large, chopped and chilled
1 Cup (16 tbs) (Mint and African basil)
1. In a blender, add the watermelon pieces. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
2. Take a large bowl, using a strainer, strain the watermelon juice by moving the strainer to allow complete straining of the juice.
3. Take a glass jar or pitcher, add the mixed herbs at of the pitcher and pour the strained watermelon juice into it jar on the mixed herbs.
4. Pour the watermelon juice in tall glasses and serve chilled.
