Ingredients
  Watermelon rind 1 , boil for 30 minutes in syrup
For syrup
  White sugar 10 Pound
  Cider vinegar 2 Quart
  Water 1 Quart
  Cinnamon sticks 4
  Whole cloves 3 Tablespoon, tied in a muslin bag
Directions

Remove spice bag and add 1 to 2 cups maraschino cherries, bottle.
