Watermelon Cooler

  Water melon 1 Medium
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Ginger 50 Gram
  Rose syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Crushed ice 4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)

Cut watermelon into 1 inch size pieces.
Discard seeds and white portion.
Use only red part.
Wash ginger.
Peel and cut into small pieces.
Liquidize the melon and ginger.
Pass it through sieve.
Add rest of the ingredients to melon juice.
Chill the juice and serve on crushed ice.
