Ingredients
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Desiccated coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Desiccated coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Remaining Portion)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350┬░ F (moderate).
Put nuts and dates through food grinder.
Mix in 3/4 cup of cocoanut, sugar and egg.
Shape into rolls, 3/4 " diameter and 1 1/2" long.
Roll in remaining 1/4 cup cocoanut.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350┬░ F for 10-12 minutes.
