|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unbleached all purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely grated orange peel||1 Tablespoon, finely grated|
|Chopped walnuts||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate||8 Ounce, melted|
Preheat oven to 350Â°F.
Butter and flour baking sheet.
Mix cream and sugar in large bowl.
Stir in flour and orange peel, blending well.
Blend in walnuts.
Drop batter by teaspoon onto baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.
Bake until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Transfer to wire rack and let cool.
Spread chocolate over half of top of each cookie.
Let dry on waxed paper.
