Herb-Cheese Walnuts

Ingredients
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
  Italian herb seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1
  Diamond walnuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In medium bowl, combine cheese, parsley, herb seasoning, garlic salt and red pepper; set aside.
In small bowl, beat egg white until frothy.
Add walnuts; toss to coat.
Stir walnuts into cheese mixture; mix thoroughly.
Spread in single layer on lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 250°F oven about 30 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
