|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Roquefort cheese||1 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||4 Drop|
|Walnut halves||6 Dozen|
In a small bowl or a food processor, beat or process cream cheese until fluffy.
Add Roquefort cheese, blend thoroughly.
Stir in enough lemon juice to sharpen the flavor to your taste.
With a table knife or small spreader, put a small amount of cheese mixture on the flat sides of half of the walnut halves.
Press remaining walnut halves against the filling, making sandwiches.
Place on a tray.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
