Walnut-Wheat Casserole

Ingredients
  Cracked wheat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), bulgur
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, about 1 1/2 cups
  Green pepper 1 Small, about 1 1/2 cups
  Eggs 2
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Diced pimiento 2 Ounce, 1 jar
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cover cracked wheat with cold water.
Let stand 1 hour.
Mix cracked wheat, walnuts, onion, green pepper, eggs, tomato sauce, pimiento, parsley, salt, basil, coriander and pepper.
Spread mixture in ungreased1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cook uncovered in 350° oven until light brown, about 35 minutes.
Prepare Cheese Sauce; serve with casserole.
