|Strong coffee||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Mix coffee, sugar, cinnamon and salt; boil to 236 degrees on candy thermometer.
Add walnuts and vanilla; stir until mixture is stiff.
Turn onto waxed paper.
