Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped dried cashew 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix together all the ingredients; can be stored in the refrigerator inside a tightly covered jar
