|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ginger/1/2 level teaspoon ground ginger||1 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Mushrooms||6 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Walnuts||2 Ounce, milled|
|Watercress||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Take a screw-top jar and mix together salt, oil, lemon juice, honey and ginger in it, shaking well.
2) In a salad bowl, mix together mushrooms and walnuts.
3) Mix salad with this dressing.
4) In the centre of a bowl, arrange the salad, garnishing edges with watercress.
5) Serve at once.
