Nutty Salad

Ingredients
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger/1/2 level teaspoon ground ginger 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Mushrooms 6 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Walnuts 2 Ounce, milled
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a screw-top jar and mix together salt, oil, lemon juice, honey and ginger in it, shaking well.
2) In a salad bowl, mix together mushrooms and walnuts.
3) Mix salad with this dressing.
4) In the centre of a bowl, arrange the salad, garnishing edges with watercress.

SERVING
5) Serve at once.
