Black Walnut Cookies
|Cooking oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Walnut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken|
Beat eggs with fork until well blended.
Stir in oil, milk, and wheat germ.
Blend in sugar until mixture thickens.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt and stir into oil mixture.
Add vanilla extract and black-walnut meats and stir.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Space about 2 inches apart.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) until nicely browned, 8 to 12 minutes.
