|Corn flakes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla flavoring||1 Teaspoon|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
1. Measure Corn Flakes, then crush to 1 cup. Set aside.
2. Beat egg whites until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until stiff. Fold in salt, cocoa, vanilla, Corn Flakes and walnuts. Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake in slow oven (300° F.) about 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheets.
