Walnut Spice Kisses
|Salt||2 Dash (To Taste)|
|Concentrated acesulfame k||6 Gram (2 Packets)|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat the egg white until stiff.
Gradually beat in the salt.
In another bowl, mix the sugar and acesulfame-K with the spices.
Beat this into the egg white mixture.
Fold in the chopped walnuts.
Drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Top each cookie with a walnut half.
Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 35-40 minutes.
