|Egg whites||3 , beaten|
|Granulated sugar replacement/Granulated fructose||2 Teaspoon|
|Cake flour||2 Teaspoon, sifted|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Beat sugar replacement into stiff egg whites.
Sprinkle flour over egg white mixture; gently fold flour into egg whites with wire whisk or wooden spoon.
Fold in walnuts and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
